Job Summary
This full time, 2nd shift position will be responsible for providing daily clinical supervision to a team of 8-15 providers, while working in collaboration with a Clinical Supervisor, Operational Manager, and Clinical Manager. Duties may also include providing direct services between multiple clinics as needed.
Position ensures clinical excellence in service delivery, efficient workflows, and program performance monitoring in order to provide a positive patient/family and staff/provider experience and improved clinical outcomes.
Licensure, Registration and/or Certification
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCS)
- Must complete Children’s credentialing process
Education
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field, plus 3000 hours billable status
- A PhD in Psychology or social work may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years since licensure, 3 must be child-focused therapy
- Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches.
- Ability to teach and coach staff on case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and professional documentation.
- Exhibits guiding behaviors that reflect Children’s values and support our mission and vision.
- Provides service in a manner that demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to the client’s cultural values and beliefs.
- Experience working with EPIC is preferred.
