Serves as an enterprise wide experience ambassador, promoting a culture of exceptional experience for children and families. Functions as a child and family experience expert, providing key stakeholders with data and consultation to ensure a true understanding of the voice of our children and families. Acts as a change agent to supports a culture of continuous improvement, that focuses on what matters most to every child and family.

Qualifications:

  • Professional level of knowledge acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree.

  • Three or more years experience in program or service development.

  • Previous experience with quality or customer service work.

  • Two or more years of related experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Project management experience.

  • Ability to problem solve, make independent decisions, formulate reports, perform statistical analysis and interpret data.

  • Demonstrated experience utilizing change management and performance improvement concepts.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative relationships, lead effective meetings and conduct trainings, as required.

  • Computer proficiency, with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
