Job Summary

A key member of the Revenue Cycle leadership team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end revenue cycle processes to ensure accurate billing, timely collections, and optimal cash flow for all system entities. This role provides operational oversight across billing, coding, claims management, customer service, and collections, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements. The Executive Director partners with clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to drive performance, increase revenue integrity, and enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management with at least 5 years in a manager or director leadership role required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into presentations and actionable steps.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding standards, payer contracting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and financial performance in complex healthcare environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
