Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Modern Workplace Solutions Engineer to support and enhance our enterprise collaboration platforms. In this mid-level role, you will support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and related M365 technologies, helping our teams communicate securely and effectively so they can focus on delivering exceptional care to children and families.

What you will do:
Mid-level role managing collaboration platforms and modern workplace technologies. Provides advanced support, configures policies, and contributes to governance and adoption initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Configures Teams policies (messaging, meetings, apps) and manages lifecycle.
- Provisions SharePoint sites, manages permissions, and applies retention labels.
- Provides Tier-2/Tier-3 support for escalated collaboration issues.
- Assists with adoption initiatives and delivers user training sessions or office hours.
- Monitors platform health and reports on usage trends.
- Collaborates with security and compliance teams to enforce governance policies.
- Participates in feature rollout planning and testing.
- Documents configuration changes and maintains accurate records.
- Participates in an on-call support rotation.
What you will need:
Education:
- Associate's Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience
Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in Teams and SharePoint administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for collaboration tools.
- Understanding of governance principles for collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Teams voice and meeting room configurations - preferred
- Familiarity with AI-driven collaboration features. - preferred
- Microsoft 365 Certifications (Administrator) preferred but not required.
