Children’s Wisconsin has an opportunity for an Experience Systems Analyst to support and enhance its experience feedback platforms. This role ensures system stability, accurate data collection, and the successful implementation of innovative tools that strengthen the feedback experience for families and internal stakeholders.

What you will do:

Maintain the configuration, operational stability, and integrity of the healthcare system's experience feedback platforms to support accurate data collection. This position will support enhancement implementations and proactively monitor data pipelines to identify system errors and manage their resolution through technical escalation to internal teams and vendors. By ensuring consistent system performance and preparing platforms for future innovations, this role facilitates a reliable and cutting-edge feedback experience for families and internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions

- Proactively monitors and reports on experience platform performance to identify gaps in the data pipeline (e.g., delivery failures or missing contact info) to ensure system reliability.
- Serves as the primary administrator for experience platforms; executes system configurations, user access management, and routine maintenance to ensure stability.
- Investigates root causes of system discrepancies and manages the resolution process by initiating and managing support requests to vendors (e.g., Press Ganey) or internal technical teams.
- Audits system inputs and outputs to ensure that the technical pipeline delivers accurate experience data for organizational reporting.
- Supports the technical deployment and testing of new platform features, including AI-driven feedback tools, to ensure innovations function as expected.
- Identifies opportunities to automate manual technical tasks or routine checks to improve overall system efficiency.
- Creates and maintains documentation for platform processes to ensure technical support and knowledge sharing within the department.
- Maintains knowledge of emerging experience technology trends and vendor product roadmaps to support future system enhancements.

What you will need:
Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology or related field required or relevant experience

Experience:

- 2+ years experience in systems analysis, platform administration, or technical operations required or relevant education

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Technical proficiency in managing data flows and troubleshooting integration points between systems.
- Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and manage multiple platform priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt and evaluate emerging technologies, such as automation and AI, to improve system efficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
