Job Summary
Responsible for transition management, project coordination, and facility readiness for newly constructed and renovated facilities. Manages all activities related to the planning, coordination and activation processes to ensure facility is able to operate effectively and deliver safe, and high-quality care upon completion. Serves as a representative of the project implementation team for the transition and activation of newly constructed and renovated facilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or design required.
- 7+ years of facilities design related experience. required.
- Successful proven experience in renovation and facilities planning required.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and facilitate across multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of federal, state and local codes and ordinances as well as Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the duties of the job.
- Must be able to withstand the physical demands of the position such as walking up to 75% of each workday.
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 35 lbs. when moving boxes and other equipment to trucks, dollies, or carts.
- Ability to use fine motor manipulation when using computer accessories.
