Organizational Change Management Intern (Summer 2025)

What You Will Do
As an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern at Clarios, you will support various initiatives aimed at driving employee engagement, facilitating smooth transitions, and promoting adoption of new processes and technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development and execution of change management strategies for projects and initiatives.
- Supporting communication planning and the creation of change-related content (e.g., newsletters, presentations).
- Assisting in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events to engage employees.
- Monitoring change readiness and identifying potential areas of resistance.
- Conducting analysis and preparing reports on the progress and effectiveness of change management efforts.
How You Will Do It
- Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders to understand the impact of changes and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Utilize tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management software) to develop communication materials and track project progress.
- Work in a hybrid environment, balancing time between remote work and in-office collaboration as needed.
- Maintain regular contact with the OCM team and other departments via virtual meetings, email, and other communication channels.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Duration: Summer 2025. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
