What You Will Do
- Design, build, and extend AI agents to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Apply Generative AI and machine learning models to solve complex challenges and support various business functions.
- Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities and integrate AI tools into existing infrastructure.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Research emerging AI and automation technologies to recommend best practices and contribute to innovation.
- Document workflows, participate in technical discussions, and support dashboard/reporting tool development.
How You Will Do It
- Collaborating with mentors and team members on AI and automation projects, as well as participating in meetings and feedback sessions.
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to break down complex challenges into actionable tasks.
- Developing AI solutions using tools like Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, while following best practices in code quality and documentation.
- Communicating progress and findings effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrating adaptability by learning new technologies and proposing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Managing time efficiently, taking ownership of responsibilities, and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Information Technology.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
