Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst

What you will do
The OCM Analyst plays a critical role in enabling successful transformation at Clarios by supporting change, adoption, and workforce readiness efforts across enterprise initiatives. This role partners with project teams, functional leaders, and transformation stakeholders to ensure changes are well planned, clearly communicated, and effectively adopted.
Reporting directly to the Director of Organizational Change & Transformation, the OCM Analyst will help turn strategy into execution, supporting multiple initiatives related to digital transformation, AI enablement, Future Factory, operating model evolution and other project or product specific work.
How you will do it
- Support the execution of OCM plans across enterprise initiatives, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities
- Coordinate and maintain change deliverables (stakeholder analyses, change impacts, communication plans, training plans, readiness assessments)
- Partner with project teams to integrate change and adoption activities into project plans and milestones
- Track and report on adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Support the development and deployment of training and enablement materials, including job aids, toolkits, and learning assets
- Assist with facilitation of workshops, listening sessions, and feedback loops with impacted teams
- Maintain OCM templates, tools, and SharePoint or collaboration sites to ensure consistency and accessibility
- Support communications development (presentations, emails, FAQs, leadership talking points)
- Help ensure change efforts align to people, process, technology, leadership, and culture considerations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, HR, psychology, organizational development, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience supporting change management, transformation, project coordination, or communications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in ambiguity and across multiple stakeholders
What we look for
- Exposure to formal OCM methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar)
- Experience supporting digital, IT, manufacturing, or operational transformations
- Familiarity with learning and enablement approaches for adult learners
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Interest in AI, digital transformation, or Future of Work topics
