Who We’re Looking For
We’re excited to add a ServiceNow Systems Engineer to our team. In this role, you’ll provide technical consulting services to clients, contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components, and support the efforts of more experienced consultants. You’ll play a key consultative role with external clients working with the key stakeholders and business as it relates to operations and integration.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure best practice adherence for core system setup, development, security, tuning and performance
  • Provide subject matter expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ITIL processes inside of ITSM modules within the ServiceNow platform
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules
  • Configure Application UI and configure flow/orchestration automations
  • Facilitate and support development with testing phases
  • Submit daily hours billed to cloud-based project management software, Kantata, for time tracking
  • Coordinate release planning and implementations
  • Maintain and continuously improve the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools
  • Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a dev/test/prod environment that is reliable
  • Participate in ongoing production support and end user support

What You'll Need

  • 3 to 5 years working in the ServiceNow platform
  • Expertise with scripting, automation and ServiceNow APIs
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
  • Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript
  • Understanding of relational database management systems and queries
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks
  • Familiarity of IT Service Management modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request)
  • Understanding of IT Operations Management modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
  • Working knowledge of IT Business Management and Customer Service Management within ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of Hardware and Software Asset Management within ServiceNow
