Position Summary

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Epic Rev Cycle Manager, you will have the ability to lead a team of Epic revenue cycle and technology professionals to deliver the highest caliber of support to our health care provider clients If so, consider an opportunity with Deloitte under our Project Delivery Talent Model. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Leads the Revenue Cycle and Technology Application Teams to ensure applications are well supported and customer expectations are met
  • Interacts with Operational and IT personnel in identifying, evaluating and configuring systems to meet user and organizational requirements
  • Maintains high credibility and ownership of system activities within assigned application
  • Analyze operational requirements and system capabilities to propose effective solutions
  • Understand workflow practices and how they apply to system configurations in support of Operational/IT strategies, issues, and priorities
  • Follow defined standards, promote best practice principles, and participate in change control process
  • Participates effectively as a team member to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Initiates escalation procedures
  • Identifies potential issues and refers more complex issues to appropriate level of support
  • Builds rapport and always promotes teamwork by maintaining a professional and positive attitude, working to maintain open and professional lines of communication with all end users and colleagues
  • Lead meetings, prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts and manage a project plan
  • Meet application deliverables, project timelines, and delivery weekly status reporting
  • Timely project and data tracking with input of weekly time tracking
  • Optimizes, maintains and supports application/system as required
  • May provides on-call support, troubleshooting and resolution of production issues, as applicable
  • May performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes
  • Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor

We advise, design, implement, and deploy innovative and technology enabled solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues in specific sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry—and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Qualifications Required
  • Must have a current Epic Certification
  • 9+ years of recent experience with an Epic Support and Maintenance
  • Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support
  • 2+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle Application Team support
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred
  • Hospital or Clinic operations experience
  • Additional Epic Certifications
  • ITIL process knowledge
  • 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Application Team Leadership Exp
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
