Work You’ll Do
As a Workday Student Records Implementation Lead on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Workday Student Records, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and post-production support
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday Student Records (course management, enrollment, grading, academic history, degree audit, etc.)
- Analyze current student records processes, design future-state workflows, and configure Workday solutions to best meet institutional needs
- Serve as the liaison between university leadership, functional owners, IT teams, and Workday consultants to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience; preferably with Workday
- 2+ years of experience with the full lifecycle implementation of the Workday Student Records module
- Actively Workday Student Records certified
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday reporting preferred
