Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team, you will be responsible for…
- Serve as main client counterpart for the design, development, and administration of the Texas Back-Up Power Program.
- Leading project workstreams across strategy, growth, and transformation engagements from planning through execution
- Developing analyses, business cases, operating model recommendations, and executive-ready deliverables for client stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day client interactions, including status updates, issue resolution, and alignment on project milestones
- Overseeing junior team members by providing direction, reviewing work product, and supporting quality and timeliness
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve client outcomes across complex transformation initiatives

Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, operations improvement, mergers and acquisitions, or enterprise change programs
- 2+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project teams, or client deliverables
- Experience developing financial models, business cases, operating models, or transformation roadmaps
- Experience creating presentations, reports, or recommendations for executive stakeholders
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Professional experience in/with: Program Administration Standards
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Policy, or a similar field
- Experience supporting strategy, transformation, or transaction engagements in a professional services environment
- Experience with cost optimization, restructuring, infrastructure, real estate, or sustainability initiatives
- Experience managing multiple project timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for structured analysis and executive presentations
