Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Lead a cross-functional team to drive New Product Introduction (NPI) program execution for products that meet the GE Healthcare (GEHC) Accessories commercial business strategy. Manage the Accessories NPI program deck and provide work direction and coaching to Lead Program Integrators. Lead individual programs and own the overall NPI launch process. Lead internal and external operating mechanisms such as weekly NPI execution updates with internal and external stakeholders to drive program planning and product roadmap execution. Understand and drive continued alignment between current or future projects and internal product roadmaps and strategies. Develop, update, and maintain internal trackers, with respect to key program milestones and deliverables. Coordinate, lead, and implement process improvements to streamline and standardize processes wing-to-wing to execute projects. Drive clarity by defining and prioritizing program strategy, objectives, critical success factors and deliverables for the team. Motivate the team and drive a sense of urgency to meet the program schedule and deliverable commitments. Provide cross-functional project execution leadership and align priorities to mitigate cross-functional disagreements and support the execution team with the resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required. Work closely with product management to influence region and modality engineering teams to drive product direction. Collaborate with regulatory, quality, sourcing, supplier quality, install, service and marketing teams to define and develop effective product Commercialization and Compliance requirements to meet customer needs. Support product verification and validation, Product Configurations Masters (PCM) and Product Controllership and Compliance initiatives. Ensure that the product development process abides by the business quality procedures, commercialization process and regulatory needs of the applicable markets. Plan resources and materials for timely NPI program execution.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Five (5) years of engineering experience in the medical diagnostic imaging industry. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years of engineering experience in the medical diagnostic imaging industry in lieu of a Master's degree or equivalent and five (5) years of experience as described above. Work experience or academic background to include: Five (5) years of experience utilizing software program management tools including Rally and Smartsheet; Five (5) years of experience leading cross-functional teams; Five (5) years of experience in new product launch processes; and Five (5) years of experience working in an FDA regulated environment. Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
