Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

Ensure successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Participate in projects prioritization and initiation. Be responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies. Perform regular tracking and reporting on progress, and be accountable for initiative results verification. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation. Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stay informed of industry trends that may inform work. Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters. Construct and provide recommendations. Use multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision. Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicate difficult concepts and influence others' options on particular topics and guide others to consider a different point of view.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) or related field. Eight (8) years of experience in Technical Program Management in Healthcare or Medical Device Digital Technologies or a combination thereof.

Work experience to include: Global Program Management in HealthCare or Medical Device Industry; Global Matrixed Team Management Experience; Program Management tools (including MS Project, and Smartsheet) and other office and communication management tools (including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Confluence); Leveraging Product Development Tools including Rally, Jira, and Dev Ops. Tools; Medical Device Digital New product introduction process with Quality Management Systems, and FDA regulations as applicable to the product development and release; Agile Development Methodologies (i.e., Scaled Agile or Scrum Framework).
