Responsibilities
Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions including aggressive scrap reduction, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
Leverage advanced technology solutions to monitor & improve productivity, while ensuring customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost conscious manner.
Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification. Responsible for determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.
Develop new process and workstation designs to reduce cycle time and support the lean manufacturing initiative.
Provide Technical support to troubleshoot production processes and equipment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering or related technical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Manufacturing.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Demonstrated ability to identify & implement best practices.
Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity
Previous Project Experience
Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
OMLP/ETLP graduate
