The Subscription Order Management Specialist will support the transition from a traditional equipment based business to a subscription driven model. This role is responsible for managing subscription orders throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and orchestrating internal systems and resources. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for subscription orders, overseeing the full lifecycle from order intake through installation, entitlement setup, and ongoing renewals.
Review and enter AVS On‑Device Subscription orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment across related hardware and subscription orders.
Manage system upgrades and replacements by coordinating with Product Management, Fulfillment, PSS, Customer Success, and customers to ensure correct configurations, scheduling, and documentation.
Track automatic renewals and initiate required upgrade or key‑string processes.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for subscription workflows, providing hands‑on insight to shape future‑state processes, IT enhancements, SOP updates, and scalable solutions.
Perform manual tasks for processes not yet supported by IT systems and provide testing, feedback, and documentation for new system enhancements.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize internal workflows and ensure a positive customer experience.
Actively participate in and drive continuous process improvement exercises, standard work development and enhancement, and engage in business Lean, 6-Sigma efforts.
Qualifications/Requirements:
HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience in project management, order operations, sales support, customer service, or subscription‑based business models.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex workflows.
Excellent communication skills for customer‑facing and internal collaboration.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving processes.
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience with Salesforce, eOM, Oracle, Excel, SmartSheet, and project management tools.
Able to prioritize work and multi-task.
Proactively follow up on open issues, with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Basic accounting skills and attention to detail. Current or previous experience in a project management, customer relations or order management role.
Previous experience supporting a Sales or Service team.
Proven ability to build relationships with remote colleagues. Demonstrated aptitude and success in fostering solid, value-based relationships with internal and external customers.
Ability to work extended hours & weekends during peak times of the year which are the last 2 weeks of the following months: March, June, September, and December.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $57,600.00-$86,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
