Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for facilitating our Vendor PM Service process from initial scheduling through paperwork collection and closure with a specific focus on 100% PM compliance and continuous improvement in the Vendor Services space.

This role includes activities such as vendor touchpoints and strategic communication, vendor follow-up, data management and analysis, cross-functional collaboration to solve complex issues, and overall accountability for PM compliance metrics. This role interacts with vendors, internal Service teams as well as customer facing, biomed and sales partners and requires collaboration and the ability to build relationships.

This is a hybrid role for the Pewaukee WI site that will require onsite support and will also allow for flexibility to work from home – on average 3 days onsite/2 days home office or as business dictates. All other locations that are not near a GEHC site will primarily be a remote role.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Vendor PM process from scheduling to closure, ensuring on-time completion and compliance goals are met

  • Identify drivers for PM/Vendor Service delivery defects and work with appropriate teams to ensure mitigating and preventative actions are taken

  • Facilitate communication between field teams, vendor, and offshore teams on PM/Vendor service performance

  • Support Vendor Operations Manager on various reports to ensure data accuracy in service management system and all service delivery tools

  • Identify process gaps and/or improvement opportunities, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

  • Implement quality improvements to enhance internal and external customer experiences

Quality Specific Goals

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization

  • Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization

  • Ensure timely closure

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps and providing solutions when possible

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR high school diploma and a minimum 2 years of experience in operations, field service, project management or in a process improvement/productivity role

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to implement time-management skills in fast paced settings

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications including experience in Excel

Desired Qualifications

  • Local candidate preferred for hybrid work schedule, 3 days a week onsite, 2 days home office.

  • Experience with Excel pivot tables and vlookups strongly preferred

  • Experience in healthcare environment is a plus

  • Ability to do minor programming i.e., macros, visual basic, etc.,

  • Experience with Anaplan

  • Project Management experience

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $74,400.00-$111,600.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
