Job Description Summary

The Content Strategy & Governance Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and operationalizing the storytelling architecture of the GE HealthCare Customer Experience Center (CEC). This role is responsible for orchestrating the planning, creation, governance, and lifecycle management of all content experiences within the center.

Working across modalities, this individual will ensure that CEC content delivers a unified enterprise narrative that aligns with GE HealthCare’s corporate value proposition, brand strategy, and customer needs.

This role serves as the strategic integrator between clinical subject matter experts, product teams, sales leadership, creative partners, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, compelling, compliant, and designed to enable impactful customer engagements.

The Content Strategy & Governance Manager will oversee the development of all new and existing content and coordinate input from subject matter experts, ensuring consistent storytelling across segments while translating customer visit objectives into tailored, meaningful experiences.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Content Strategy for Customer Experience Center to Support Sales
  • Define and implement the content architecture for the Customer Experience Center, ensuring alignment with GE HealthCare’s enterprise narrative and care pathway strategy
  • Develop the framework for how products, software, services, and AI-enabled capabilities are integrated into cohesive customer journeys
  • Establish guidelines and standards for how content is structured, maintained, and evolved within the CEC ecosystem
  • Synchronize content strategy with creative, user experience, and technical teams to deliver immersive and interactive storytelling experiences
  • SME Orchestration & Content Development
  • Ensure content reflects accurate clinical, product, and market positioning
  • Own the logic that connects product capabilities to clinical outcomes and healthcare system challenges
  • Lead regulatory and brand validation workflows to ensure content meets corporate, legal, and regulatory standards
  • Manage content approvals through established governance processes, including regulatory and brand review systems
  • Translate visit objectives into customized content journeys for customer briefings
  • Work closely with sales and commercial teams to tailor presentations and experiences for executive audiences
  • Develop reusable modular content to support sales enablement
  • Serve as the ongoing content steward and agenda architect for the CEC after launch
  • Partner with marketing, product, and clinical teams to introduce new narratives and experiences into the center

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, communications, life sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare content strategy, product marketing, clinical communications, or related roles
  • Experience working with healthcare technologies, medical devices, digital health platforms, or pharmaceutical diagnostics
  • Demonstrated experience translating complex clinical or technical information into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience coordinating large stakeholder groups
  • Experience managing content governance and regulatory review workflows in a healthcare or regulated environment
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation development skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting executive briefing centers, customer experience centers, or strategic customer engagement programs
  • Experience managing content for digital or interactive environments
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital experience platforms
  • Experience coordinating content development with external creative agencies
  • Knowledge of healthcare care pathways and hospital operational workflows
