The Global Services - Field Action Project Leader is responsible for leading improvement projects and driving standardization and executability for field actions across global services. This role creates a culture of execution excellence by partnering closely with FMI Program Teams to standardize FMI instructions, improve first-pass yield, and ensure regional readiness for effective execution.

Roles and Responsibilities
Engages with FMI Program Teams on all new recalls to ensure early alignment, standardized FMI instruction content, and improved first-pass yield of FMI execution in the regions.
Drives best practice sharing across regions and FMI program teams related to FMI instruction development, documentation requirements, CRM configuration, and service execution.
Represents Global Services in cross-functional discussions related to field action and recall strategy, and execution readiness, partnering with Quality, Regulatory, Segments, and Regional Service teams.
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of field service operations, recall execution, and process improvement to execute FMI-related strategies and support business objectives.
Acts as a subject matter resource for FMI instruction quality and execution, supporting and guiding colleagues with less experience and influencing consensus across stakeholders.
Lead global projects focused on improving overall service execution effectiveness related to FMI instructions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the medical device or similarly regulated industry.
Minimum of 5 years working in a regulated medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Experience managing project teams.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with MS Office word, spreadsheet, presentation, and database applications.
Desired Characteristics
Strong understanding of Medical Device Quality Management System requirements and regulations, including FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change.
Ability to prioritize and manage projects effectively.
Strong collaboration, negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and leadership capability.
Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret technical documentation and execute procedures; global regulatory experience and direct interaction with regulators are a plus.
