Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as a key connector between SEI and Intelerad, supporting alignment of people strategies, operating models, and organizational priorities across both organizations.
- Partner with HR leadership, business leaders, and an external change‑management firm to ensure effective coordination and adoption of people‑related initiatives.
- Develop a strong understanding of Intelerad’s people processes, systems, talent landscape, and organizational dynamics to support continuity and informed decision‑making.
- Support execution of integration‑related priorities including organizational design, talent transitions, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders by translating enterprise people strategies into practical execution within the software organization.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across HR, Product, Engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and consistency in people programs.
- Support leadership effectiveness through participation in planning sessions, facilitation, and development of manager‑ready tools and guidance.
- Leverage data and insights (e.g., retention, engagement, mobility) to identify risks, inform decisions, and recommend actions.
- Ensure alignment of people‑related initiatives with HR policies, employment practices, and regulatory considerations.
- Provide continuity across initiatives by documenting processes, maintaining institutional knowledge, and supporting sustainable operating practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Change Management, HR/Organizational Development, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience OR high school diploma/GED with 13+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience operating in complex, matrixed environments and supporting cross‑organizational initiatives.
- Experience working alongside senior leaders and navigating organizational dynamics with discretion and sound judgment.
- Familiarity with organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and employee engagement practices.
Desired Characteristics
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience applying structured change frameworks such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; able to build credibility and trust across teams without direct authority.
- High degree of learning agility and curiosity; ability to quickly understand new organizations, systems, and talent landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences, including senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion in sensitive or evolving organizational situations.
- Experience in technology or software environments preferred.
- Experience supporting integrations, transformations, or evolving operating models is helpful.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $156,640.00-$234,960.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
