What you will do:

You will map, plan, design and execute events tied to a marketing campaign. Working with the broader team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all events are aligned to the strategic goals of the business and executed flawlessly.

How you will do it:

Event Program Development & Management

  • Design and implement comprehensive event programs that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

  • Oversee all aspects of event coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.

  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and ensure prompt payment of events and related services by working within the purchasing process.

  • Deliver ongoing calendar key milestones and program updates.

Event Content & Communication

  • Manage the creation of content and toolkits to amplify the event program.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Creative, IT, L&D, PMO, internal comms, and PR.

  • Develop materials to promote and support online and offline events, ensuring all event-related content aligns with the company’s brand messaging and values.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign delivery.

New Opportunity Identification and Program Optimization

  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing programs.

  • Participate in sales efforts and have direct customer contact to collect and prioritize feedback for event programs.

Metrics and ROI

  • Measure event success through metrics such as attendance rates, engagement levels, and post-event feedback.

  • Work towards establishing marketing return on investments for events and manage budgets to meet and exceed financial objectives.

  • Track success metrics, campaign performance, and budget to ensure that investments are effective and maximize ROI.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

This will be a hybrid position at our Glendale, WI office.
