Job Description
The Global CI Tools & Training Leader will drive the development, deployment, and sustainment of Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and training across both field and factory environments. This role is responsible for curating and maintaining a robust CI toolset, partnering with Learning & Development (L&D) to deliver role-based training, and ensuring standard work and tools are consistently applied across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Tool Curation & Deployment
Curate and standardize CI tools for use in both field and factory Kaizen and improvement events.
Ensure tools are aligned with enterprise CI methodology and scalable across functions.
Repository Management
Maintain a centralized database and repository of CI tools, templates, and resources.
Ensure accessibility and version control for global use.
Training Development & Partnership
Collaborate with L&D to design and deploy global CI training packages by tool and by role (e.g., Problem Solving for frontline vs. leadership).
Support onboarding and upskilling efforts through targeted CI training modules.
Standard Work & Enablement
Deploy standard tools and standard work practices across teams.
Ensure consistent application of CI methodology through training, coaching, and enablement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
Proven experience in CI tool development, training design, and deployment.
