Job Description

The Global CI System Digitalization Leader will lead the design and delivery of the future-state digital experience for field users, shaping the “JCI in Your Pocket” vision. This role is responsible for ensuring that daily visual management, coaching, and problem-solving tools are accessible in a simple, intuitive, and role-specific format. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to enable a seamless, agent-supported experience that simplifies the value stream and reduces reliance on legacy middleware systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· User Experience & Design Leadership

· Define the look, feel, and functionality of the future digital experience for field roles.

· Ensure that each role’s daily visual management is delivered in a simple, consumable format.

· Integrate just-in-time coaching and problem-solving tools for leaders and frontline employees.

· Digital Product Ownership

· Own the roadmap for the “JCI in Your Pocket” experience, aligning with enterprise simplification goals.

· Validate and prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

· Business System Integration

· Partner with IT to transition roles/functions into the Business System as an interactive, agent-enabled experience.

· Support the simplification of the value stream and enable removal or redesign of legacy middleware (e.g., Salesforce) without disrupting customer or frontline operations.

· Stakeholder Collaboration

· Work cross-functionally with operations, IT, and CI teams to ensure alignment and adoption.

· Serve as a voice of the field in digital product development, ensuring tools meet real-world needs.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Product Management, UX Design, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience in product ownership, digital transformation, or field operations.

· Strong understanding of user-centered design, visual management, and continuous improvement.

· Experience working with IT teams on enterprise system integration and simplification.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with agent-based systems and digital coaching platforms.

· Familiarity with middleware architecture and system rationalization.

· Lean or Six Sigma certification.

· Background in field operations or frontline enablement.
