Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models that support business decisions and product features
Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights for stakeholders
Collaborate on AI product and feature work — from prototyping to production support
Write clean, well-documented Python for data processing, modeling, and analysis
Work with SQL to query, transform, and validate data across multiple sources Support model monitoring, performance tracking, and iterative improvement
Explore and experiment with LLMs and GenAI frameworks to identify opportunities for intelligent automation and AI-assisted workflows

Comfort writing SQL queries and working with structured and semi-structured data
Familiarity with core ML concepts — supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering
Exposure to at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Curiosity about LLMs and GenAI — you don’t need to be an expert, but you should be excited about where the space is going
Strong communication skills — you can explain what you built and why it matters to both technical and non-technical audiences
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn fast in a lean team environment
Preferred
Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs
Exposure to MLflow, dbt, or similar tools

Growth Path
This role is built for someone who wants to grow fast. As you develop your skills and take on more complex problems, you’ll have a clear path toward a full Data Scientist or ML Engineer role. We invest in people who show initiative and want to go deep — on the models, the platform, and the business problems behind them.
We’re a lean team that moves quickly and values people who take initiative. You won’t just be a cog here — you’ll have a voice, ownership, and room to grow.
