BRANCH HOURS
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
NATURE AND SCOPE
Reports to the Regional Manager, Branch Sales & Services. Oversees branch operations related to sales, service, security, and compliance. Develops new and improves current procedures that enhance the member experience for their branch. Responsible for the hiring, training and development, coaching, and performance management of all levels of their branch staff.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred. Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a financial environment. Prior management experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
2. Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
4. Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
5. Must have, or be able to attain, a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#) and be licensed, or be able to attain licensure, to sell credit insurance.
6. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position. Must understand and comply with all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Manages the branch staff including hiring, training, performance management and coaching and development.
2. Ensures that members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service while maintaining the policies and procedures of the organization.
3. Develops monthly branch sales goals, educates and coaches associates on products and services, and coordinates marketing events in the branch and surrounding community.
4. Monitors the performance of associates toward assigned goals of incentive systems and contests.
5. Responsible for the profitable operation of the branch within budget guidelines and set objectives including cash control, cash flow and accurate posting of all transactions.
6. Ensures branch is in compliance with security procedures and complies with BSA/OFAC regulations and guidelines.
7. Acts as a loan officer within assigned approval limits.
8. May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
