Summary
The Associate Producer is a focused role within the Video Production team and reports directly to the Managing Producer, Video and Content. This team member will be responsible for producing video content for all organizational entities, including Milwaukee Bucks, Fiserv Forum, Deer District and others. This role is also responsible for shooting a wide variety of events, including games, events, community relations activations, shootarounds, press conferences/media availability, as well as other organization events as requested. The Associate Producer will also be responsible for taking projects from beginning to end including shooting and editing content in a timely manner.

This position is highly encouraged to craft original storytelling, contribute to the creative development process and production of original video content for multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Work as the designated camera operator to capture and ingest content and footage from various events and games covered
· Help produce and edit content for social, web, commercial channels and additional platforms.
· Assist with logging, organizing, distributing and archiving video content and footage
· Work alongside video and content team to ideate and produce new creative short/mid/longform content.
· Use Adobe Creative Suite to assemble, edit, process, color correct, format and export video projects from start to finish
· Use Wrike project management system to help stay on top of production tasks and other departmental asks/requests
· Perform additional tasks as needed, including, but not limited to live production, shooting, sound recording, gripping, edit direction, music scoring, color correction, audio editing and mixing, graphic design and copy writing.
· Applicant must have advanced postproduction skills in Adobe Premiere and credible experience with After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom.
· Will be required to work game nights as well as nights and weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or industry equivalent in Television/Video Production, Broadcast Journalism, Marketing or Communications preferred.
· A minimum of 3-5 years related work/production experience.
· Ability to work in fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
· Ability to exhibit professionalism while working around various personnel
· Display original thinking and creativity and meet challenges with resourcefulness
· Can balance multiple tasks with attention to detail
· Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills
· Knowledge of the NBA and the Milwaukee Bucks is a plus!
· Applicant must be willing to travel (up to 10%), able to work long, irregular hours (weeknights, weekends, holidays, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs.
