Summary:

The Wisconsin Herd is seeking individuals to provide support to the Partnerships department throughout the 2024-25 season. Individuals will learn how to prospect, sell and activate corporate partnerships with high attention to detail and a focus on providing excellent customer service. Previous sports experience is not required but is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prospecting research and calls to assist partnership team
• Assist with prospecting and lead development
• Assist partnership team with ongoing sales/service projects
• Perform general office work and support
• Prospect businesses and setup meetings
• Collect and organize photos of activations during games
• Assist with creation of partnership recap and pitch decks
• Help with setup, takedown, and organization of Herd games and events
• Assist with client communication, gifting, and ticket distribution
• Activate partner FEPs during Herd home games

Qualifications:

• Ability to work all Wisconsin Herd home games, including weekends and holidays

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task a must

• Must be looking for experience in sales with a professional sports franchise
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Currently enrolled in a college or university and an upcoming junior or senior
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous sports experience a plus!
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM) a plus!
