Summary:

The Manager, Premium Business will report directly to the Sr. Director, Premium Business and is a dual-focused role with leadership and direct selling responsibilities. This position will be responsible for generating new business revenue through suite leases, courtside, lofts, and all additional premium seating and rentals. Additionally, the position will actively participate in the strategic planning of sales campaigns, creating new premium spaces and products, personally producing revenue, as well as managing a team of premium sales executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the sale of Multi-Year Leases and Premium Hospitality Rentals for all events at Fiserv Forum, including Marquette Men’s Basketball, concerts, and arena family shows.
  • Track sales, pipelines, projections, and hold the premium sales team accountable to hustle metrics.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and development for the premium sales department.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings and negotiations with Milwaukee Bucks sales staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and support materials to maximize premium sales revenue.
  • Manage premium hospitality inventory related to Milwaukee Bucks, Marquette Men’s Basketball, and Fiserv Forum Special Events.
  • Willing and able to work Fiserv Forum events and prospecting events to drive new business and generate new leads.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to achieving department and organizational goals along with a genuine desire to be a team player.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of new business sales experience, preferably with a professional sports team, plus a minimum of 1 year premium sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and creating new business opportunities.
  • Is a positive contribution to the overall team culture with a team player mentality.
  • High proficiency in both written and verbal communications, including sales presentations.
  • Strong work ethic, time-management, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks/projects.
  • Able to work flexible hours based on changing priorities including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms preferred.
  • Possesses intangible traits including but not limited to confidence, boldness, and assertiveness.
