Summary:
The Event Ticketing Specialist – Premium Seating role is primarily to manage the setup, maintenance, fulfilment, execution and settlement of premium inventory on ticketed non-Bucks events at Fiserv Forum. As a member of the Special Events Ticket Operations department, this role will also include assisting with event ticketing setup when needed and serving as a key contributor to the overall ticketing needs of the department and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Create premium seating events, manage premium seating ticket inventory and be responsible for premium seating fulfillment on the Ticketmaster and Archtics ticketing systems for all special events, from event inception through financial reconciliation.
- Assist with the creation, development and evaluation of premium seating manifests for Fiserv Forum.
- Assist in Right of First Refusals on premium seating inventory for special events and invoice creation, distribution, and reconciliation.
- Support the daily financial reporting and reconciliation of premium seating on special events.
- Premium seating inventory tracking and sales reporting for special events.
- Maintain open dialogue between all ticket operations staff to ensure the box office is well equipped to handle the customer service needs of premium seating clients for all special events.
- Work closely with the Premium Seating department on customer service issues and additional fulfillment requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for premium seating customer service needs on special events for both our in-house Guest Services and front of house Ticket Office teams.
- Establish and maintain excellent working relations with concert promoters, other internal departments, as well as Bucks and Marquette Basketball.
- Assist the Special Events Ticketing department on parking event creation and internal access control settings when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years computerized ticket operations experience, preferably in an Arena environment.
- Advanced level user knowledge of the Ticketmaster, TM1 Event Base and Archtics ticketing systems, policies and procedures.
- Adept computer skills, including all programs in the Microsoft Office suite and online software.
- Proven experience in learning new technologies with a demonstrated ability to be a resourceful, hardworking and innovative problem solver.
- Significant successful ticket operations management experience.
- Strong math proficiency and high level of attention to details.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and coordinate multi-faceted plans and issues.
- Established sound organizational and personal interface skills.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
