Summary:
The Business Technology Partner is someone who is an inquisitive, critical thinker that enjoys working with a team of like-minded individuals and loves to problem-solve when innovation and client satisfaction are paramount. The Business Technology Partner will be integral in helping the CTO create and promote IT strategies for each LOB. The Business Technology Partner with partner with various internal colleagues to understand and enable business goals and outcomes using technology for collaboration, data insights, productivity and other benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Leading all aspects of all technology projects through a formal Program Management Office and weekly meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the business team members and IT to run the strategy used to enable business solutions.
- Working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop business solutions to solve them.
- Eliciting, identifying, organizing, and modeling business requirements to ensure they are complete and unambiguous.
- Documenting business requirements in a format that can be shared with stakeholders.
- Ensure business requirements map to actual business needs are approved by all relevant stakeholders and meet essential quality standards.
- Monitoring and leading software portfolio, contracts and approving invoices.
Qualifications:
- At least four years’ industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field.
- PMP certification or formal training preferred.
- Professional or collegiate sports experience desired.
- Understanding of program methodologies such as Six Sigma, CI, and or others.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio.
- Positive self-starter with a good work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and solid attention to detail.
- Experience with enterprise back office systems and SaaS desired.
