Job Title: Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility

Class: Full-time, Exempt

Reports to: Sr Director, Corporate Social Responsibility

Location: Milwaukee, WI - Onsite

Summary:

The Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility will help support and execute the organization’s corporate social responsibility strategy while also supporting the Milwaukee Bucks Foundation’s fundraising and operations throughout the year. Through this role, the Manager will help the Bucks organization bring positive impact into the Wisconsin community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Corporate Partner contracted charitable programs and events
  • Assist in leading internal department collaboration meetings including but not limited to meetings with marketing, ticket sales, corporate partnerships, etc.
  • Help manage player & coach community initiatives
  • Support in revenue generation ideation through corporate partnerships and ticketing
  • Assist in the creation and execution of organization’s community relations tactics tied to the company’s strategic pillars
  • Lead execution of Bucks Foundation grant operations including the Community Reintegration Center Rotational Hiring Program
  • Game night support of department programs and Foundation fundraising initiatives
  • Manage department and Charitable Tickets programs
  • Oversee department inventory and send out weekly donations when Interns are not available
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of sports or non-profit background
  • Prior sports experience preferred
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/event management tools & DonationX
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours.
