Class: Part Time
Reports to: Executive Chef
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities
- Maintain dining areas and service ware
- Attend to deliveries and properly store and organize incoming product
- Wash and sanitize dishes and disinfect food contact surfaces
- Clean equipment and kitchen space
- Assist chefs with food preparation and a la carte orders
- Stock ready to eat food and beverages
- Follow instructions from kitchen staff and adhere to food and cleanliness standards
- Maintain professional conduct and establish positive relationships with fellow Bucks staff
Experience / Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen as dishwasher, prep cook, or line cook
- Understanding of food preparation techniques and general food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to work calmly in a fast paced and high pressure environment
- Ability to stand and do physical work for up to 8 hours continuously
- Ability to lift and carry 50lb
- Customer service experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexible schedule; weekends occasionally required
