In the role of Business Process Manager – Procure to Pay (PTP), working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Business Process Excellence (BPE) team. The Business Process Manager – PTP reports to the Business Process Owner- PTP/RTR and is focused on building relationships and liaising with Global Business Services (GBS) centers, business units, and their leaders to implement global process standards while continuously sharing best practices and identifying opportunities to streamline our PTP processes, with a specific focus on the corporate credit card programs and processes.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Understand all corporate T&E and P-card credit card programs
- Manage credit card issuance
- Establish credit card spending analysis program
- Monitor and action delinquent card accounts
- Provide necessary support to the GBS Expense Reporting team
- Be the expert user on Concur Travel & Expense system
- Maintain Travel & Expense website with updated information
- Understand and provide guidance on Global Travel & Expense Policy
- Analyze and develop solutions for enhancements and continuous improvement requests
- Enhance alignment and reduce gaps between global PTP processes and Molson Coors’ overall business strategy through stakeholder engagement, feedback, and review
- Collaborate with GBS PTP teams on development, execution of responsibilities, and maintaining PTP Standard Operating Procedures
- Partner with other process teams to monitor, manage, and report on solution adoption metrics and KPIs
- Serve as the PTP subject matter expert on systems integration projects
Key Ingredients:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or IT (or in lieu of formal education, 4+ years of experience)
- You have at least 3 years of experience managing credit card programs, other PTP processes, and/or process improvements, leveraging technology within PTP to drive efficiencies and effectiveness (Ariba, SAP ECC, SAP Concur), working in multinational corporations, and working in multiple SAP environments
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have an ability to build relationships and influence change
- You have a strong computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- You have experience in relevant SAP modules (ECM-MM, ECC-FICO, SRM), Concur and Ariba will be a major plus
- You have an ability to work in virtual teams, matrixed organization and fast paced environment
- You have interpersonal savvy –work collaboratively and build relationships with all customers with diverse cultures, geographies, and personalities
- You look beyond symptoms of problems to develop sound, logical analysis to solve difficult problems
- You have flexibility, high integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $82,300.00 - $108,000.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
