Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Project Manager-Innovation, working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Supply Chain Capabilities team. You will plan, organize, schedule, and manage the implementation of the leadership approved projects in the Molson Coors way. The majority of the projects associated with this position are initiated by the Marketing/Commercial teams in support of our Innovation, Beyond Beer and Non Alc growth aspirations and aligned with MCBC strategy.

This position reports to the Program Manager-Innovation, and works closely with our Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Partnership, Innovation, Brand, Customer Operations and Sales Activation teams.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Capability to utilize internal, external and consultant resources to achieve set objectives and/or complete projects

  • Ability to analyze data and recognize detrimental trends that could impact on the company through increased costs, potential regulatory issues or risk management impact

  • Apply project management framework and other expertise to the implementation of approved projects and complete per plan

  • Development of timelines in Microsoft Project, management of critical path and maintain stakeholder engagement and expert level communications

  • Commitment to customer service with maintained customer focus and customer involvement

Key Ingredients:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with dynamic or undefined scope.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or related OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of supply chain and project management

  • You have at least 5 years experience in Project Management

  • You love a challenge.

  • You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project Professional, One Note, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
