Crafted Highlights:

As a Solution Architect – Commercial Products, you’ll be a senior technical leader responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of solutions across a diverse set of Commercial applications. While your primary focus will be on Salesforce solutions, you’ll also support solution design for other business products such as Revenue Management, Category Optimization, and additional Sales and Marketing technologies.

You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers and agile delivery teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business priorities and architectural standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, mentoring delivery teams, and driving technical excellence across multiple products.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Lead full stack solution design across a portfolio of Commercial Technology Products, with a focus on Salesforce and SAP integrated applications.
  • Translate business needs into scalable, well-documented technical designs aligned with enterprise standards and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with agile delivery teams and external partners, providing architecture guidance and development direction.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape features and enablers that deliver business value.
  • Support cross-platform upgrades, integration design, and technical estimations for business cases.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and mentor for development teams.
  • Contribute to innovation efforts and evaluate emerging technologies for Commercial use.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or Engineering OR equivalent experience.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce and familiarity with SAP ECC SD.
  • You have strong understanding of integration patterns, especially between Salesforce and SAP (e.g., master data, order placement).
  • You have experience as a Salesforce developer with advanced certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
  • You have experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering value iteratively.
  • You have applied knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, security, and risk management.
  • You have experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud or CQP a plus!
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $124,100.00 - $162,800.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
