As a Technology Innovation Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors’ undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 4 - August 7 (Canada interns) and May 27 - August 7 (U.S. interns).
Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
We’re seeking a curious, creative, and tech-savvy college student to join our Technology Innovation team as an intern. This role is ideal for someone passionate about emerging technologies, design thinking, and solving real-world business challenges through innovation. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to explore new ideas, prototype solutions, and help shape the future of technology within our organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, AR/VR, blockchain) for potential business application
- Support the design and facilitation of innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Assist in developing technical prototypes and proof concepts using tools such as Python, JavaScript, Figma, Miro or low-code platforms
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and user needs
- Document findings, create presentations, and share insights with stakeholders
Key Ingredients:
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, User Experience, or related STEM field
- Strong interest in innovation, emerging tech (AI, IoT, AR/VR, etc.), and human-centered design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Miro, Figma, Power BI, or coding languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus
