In the role of Sr. Data Scientist working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Information Technology team reporting to the Data Science Manager. You will play a crucial role in leading data driven initiatives that drive business growth, innovation, and outcomes. The Sr. Data Scientist operates with a high degree of technical expertise within the Data Science and AI Solutions team. The Sr. Data Scientists works on projects/products helping to establish a foundation of capabilities at MCBC. This role will support the development of solutions as well as help mentor and grow new talent.

This role will most likely engage with a high-performing data and analytics scrum team building out Data Science and AI products to support the broader initiatives of the organization. These products are meant to be scalable and reusable and may be related to traditional predictive models or GenAI models as valuable use cases are defined.

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Lead, guide and contribute to the development and maintenance of predictive models, machine learning algorithms and GenAI to solve complex business problems.
  • Leverage data science tools and techniques in analyzing large datasets to develop custom models and algorithms to uncover insights, trends, and patterns in data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data science and apply them to improve existing processes and models.
  • Drive the best practices into the organization via designing frameworks and significantly contributing to the COEs.
  • Provide mentoring and support to other analysts and more junior data scientists to assist in their development.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, data engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years)
  • You have 4+ years of experience in advanced data mining, model development, and other related skills
  • You have strong mathematical, quantitative, statistical, and data analysis skills
  • You have excellent proficiency in Python and SQL
  • You have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and techniques.
  • You have familiarity with data processing in Databricks, Snowflake or other data platform.
  • Knowledge of material data and experience with linear and non-linear models.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $109,100.00 - $143,200.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
