As the CDX Rotational Program Manager, based in Milwaukee or Chicago, you will be part of the Americas HR Business Partner Team. The Rotational Program Manager leads the strategy, design, and execution of the Commercial Development Exploration (CDX) Program— our US Sales organization’s early career rotational experience that develops future commercial and sales leaders.
The role serves as the strategic owner and single point of accountability for program vision, cross functional alignment, talent development outcomes, and continuous improvement across multiple commercial functions and sales regions. Responsibilities include talent pipeline strategy, executive stakeholder engagement, participant development, and ensuring the program evolves with the business’s capability needs.
This position reports to the Director, HR Business Partner - US Sales, and works in partnership with Sales Leaders—including the President of Sales, Regional VPs, Revenue Management, Field Marketing, and Category Management executives.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
Program Strategy & Leadership
- Lead long‑term strategy and direction for the CDX rotational program, ensuring alignment with commercial and enterprise talent priorities.
- Set program goals, define rotation structure, and evolve the program based on business needs and feedback.
Cross‑Functional Rotation Integration
- Ensure rotations across Field Marketing, Category Management, Revenue Management, and Distributor Sales are aligned, role‑appropriate, and developmentally progressive.
- Partner with rotation leaders to define and calibrate learning objectives.
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong partnerships with Sales leaders, cross‑functional VPs, regional leaders, and HR to ensure program relevance and impact.
- Serve as the primary liaison between participants, rotation managers, and the broader commercial organization.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Design and oversee development experiences that build commercial capabilities and readiness for first‑line leadership roles.
- Define success criteria, learning outcomes, and competency expectations across rotations.
Continuous Improvement & Program Measurement
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and KPIs to drive improvements and ROI.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders based on participant outcomes and capability needs.
Post‑Program Placement & Alumni Engagement
- Guide participant transition into full‑time commercial roles and support long‑term development.
- Foster alumni engagement to sustain program culture and networking.
Key Ingredients:
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience: 5+ years experience in HR, Early Talent, L&D or Commercial Discipline. Strong understanding of US Sales/Commercial business strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly and successfully deliver complex projects with strong business acumen.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to operationalize and scale initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at messaging, presenting, and gaining alignment from leaders at all levels.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and respond to last‑minute changes with urgency.
- Effective at navigating complex organizations; able to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across multiple locations.
- Strategic, solutions‑oriented thinker with a positive, proactive mindset.
- Experience leading programs from ideation and piloting through execution and evaluation, using data and metrics to guide decisions.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
