Crafted Highlights:
You are a brand ambassador representing a rich history of our family of brands. This role manages all operational duties associated with the various bars throughout the Milwaukee Campus including the Miller Inn, Historic Miller Caves, Miller Visitor Center, Beer Garden, and various on campus pubs. You will be responsible for ensuring all areas where we serve our great beverages from are maintained (walk in coolers, taps, small coolers, sink/drainage areas, kegorators, and soda machines) and stocked with appropriate levels of product while ensuring we are minimizing loss of product due to pull dates. As the bar specialist for the Guest Relations team you lead and manage all TIPS, RBST, and Bartender Certificate process to ensure our team of 50+ people serves our guests responsibly at all times. Lastly you support the Marketing & Events Coordinator with onsite events.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Operations - Work with various vendors to ensure needed supplies are available and the bar equipment is on preventative maintenance rotations
- Initiating repair work when needed in a timely manner so as not to disrupt the Tour or Event operations
- Create PO's and work within AOP
- Support other day to day Guest Relations operations as needed due to increased tour/event demands; which could include flexing days and/or hours worked.
- Staff - Hire, onboard, and manage a direct staff of up to 9 Guest Relations team members while taking part in the informal leading of more.
- Ensure all Tour related team members are fully trained on bar operations, TIPS, RSBT, and obtain their Bartender Certificates from the City of MKE
- Conduct 1:1's, Annual Reviews, and implement development plans to drive a positive culture.
- Brewery - Work with brewery partners to ensure we have to needed assortment of beverages to provide a great experience for our internal and external guests in regard to alc and non alc products in both keg and packaged product forms
- Coordinate disposal of beer when required.
Key Ingredients:
- 3 to 5 years applicable experience
- Bar Management, customer service, ability to communicate with a variety of audiences, ability to multitask, and ability to prioritize, PO creation. Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication, team work, customer service, and leadership skills.
- Must have open availability, including nights and weekends.
- Possess the ability to work well in a diverse, team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Stand/sit for extended periods of time and/or significant walking & climbing of stairs daily.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to step in and take charge of difficult situations, think clearly and act appropriately.
- Ability to forecast expected beer needs for various location to meet visitation goals.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $45,400.00 - $59,600.00 (posting salary range) + 5% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
