Summary:
We are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to join our Investments & Field
Solutions Delivery team that supports our Institutional Investments department. The
role will help drive strategic work forward and provide opportunities to build strong
business partner relationships while being a part of a dynamic and talented
engineering team. This role requires an analytical mindset, persistence to solve
complex problems, ability to get things done quickly but thoughtfully!
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Develop Roadmap: Define roadmaps and collaboration across key team
members to ensure roadmaps are synced and not duplicative. Define and track
critical metrics for measure of success across multiple products and
collaborators.
Gather Requirements: Gather higher level, complex product requirements with
a general understanding/knowledge of products in remit. Review and validate
requirements gathered within team.
Defines Product: Responsible for multiple medium to high complexity products
and product features from start to finish.
Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver key messages, communications about
products in their domain.
Design Partnership: Partner with design to ensure cohesive future state user
visions and experiences are aligned through a one-year vision with an
understanding of the Design process.
Author User Stories: Translate requirements to technical details to build and
validate use cases and user stories around a product and communicate them
effectively.
Feature Prioritization: Develop and maintain multiple prioritized backlogs of
user stories for implementation according to business value or return on
investment.
Data and Industry Practices/Research: Inform product decisions with both
qualitative and quantitative data on our behavior and experimentation.
Business Expertise: Use knowledge and experience to provide expertise in
multiple business areas and domains.
Current State, Future State and Gap Analysis: Begin to assess, exercise
judgement, and document current state across moderately complex processes
and business areas. Use analytics and experience to resolve issues and to
provide solutions.
Test Plan Review: Assist with coordinating and solution delivery test plans for
medium complex efforts by participating in and ensuring business sign-off of
testing processes for medium and large efforts.
Project Management: Use project management skills to successfully complete
and advance work.
Facilitates Ceremonies: Facilitate daily Standups, sprint Planning Meetings and
sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
6 - 8 years of prior experience with at least 6 working in a Product Management
Role, with agile team experience.
Knowledge Preferred: formal business analyst, engineering or testing
experience, familiar with BI tools, certification or experience with Product
Owner role, experience in leadership or mentorship of a team.
Knowledge of institutional investments especially real estate investing strongly
preferred.
Demonstrated experience with cross functional work in previous roles with
strong communication skills, time management, project management skills, eye
for business and high self-awareness/EQ.
Previous research experience, initial leadership exposure, ability to translate
product requirements into technical requirements, and work in ambiguity.
Ability to leverage strong communication skills and relationships to influence
outcomes while navigating conflict and decision making.
Solves moderately complicated problems with broad impact on the business;
requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
Must have previous research experience, influence skills, initial leadership
exposure, ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements,
and work in ambiguity.

Compensation Range:

Pay Range - Start:

$112,210.00

Pay Range - End:

$208,390.00
