POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):

Campus Engagement:

• Create exposure for the College Financial Representative Internship

• Build and nurture relationships with students, professors, and coaches.

• Schedule Center of Influence (COI) meetings to identify potential candidates.

• Play a key role in planning campus activities.

• Attend career fairs and other campus events, showcasing our opportunities.

Creative Marketing:

• Craft and post engaging content on social media platforms.

• Design eye-catching promotional materials.

• Dive into marketing analytics to uncover insights and optimize strategies.

Hands-On HR Experience:

• Collaborate on event planning to connect with top talent.

• Observe and learn from the HR interview process.

• Weekly check-in with Career and Campus Recruiter

Sales Insights:

• Attend College Financial Representative training to gain deeper understanding of the role.

• Participate in sales development meetings to understand the role deeply.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Junior or senior status preferred.

• A well-connected individual on campus with entrepreneurial ambitions.

• Someone who is organized, self-motivated, and can manage their time effectively.

• A person with strong interpersonal skills, including public speaking and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• A creative, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.

LOCATION:

• Stevens Point, WI

COMPENSATION:

• $15/hour for 10-20 hours per week.
