Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled and analytically minded WalkMe Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of WalkMe content. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and Global Commercial Operations to translate business requirements into effective digital adoption solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience across our internal tools and systems. This role is responsible for knowing the latest WalkMe functionality and leveraging these capabilities in new and existing content.You will report to the Manager, Digital Process and have a hybrid schedule working in Milwaukee, WI.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design user-friendly WalkMe flows
  • Develop, implement, and maintain WalkMe content and experiences
  • Leverage standard Agile methodology and process to organize, prioritize and document deliverables in user story format
  • Showcase completed work in sprint demos
  • Complete validation, UAT, and regression testing for all content releases
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of platform adoption using analytics tools
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to WalkMe implementations
  • Stay up-to-date with WalkMe platform updates and best practices
  • Work closely with platform owners to align WalkMe strategies with broader tool adoption goals

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
  • Experience with digital adoption platforms, preferably WalkMe
  • Ability to translate business needs into user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Previous experience in a WalkMe Developer role or similar technical position
  • Familiarity with internal tool ecosystems and user adoption strategies
  • Proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with international teams and projects
  • UX design experience
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience with Jira, or similar backlog management tool
