We're looking for a Director, Digital Transformation to lead the next generation of Integrated Supply Chain and ISC analytics. You will report to the Vice President, Supply Chain Strategy and Planning and will be based from our Milwaukee, WI headquarters on a hybrid work model.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will lead a high-performing team.
- You will partner with the ISC leadership to refine and implement the Integrated Supply Chain strategic roadmap, transforming the supply chain by embracing advanced process, technology and advanced analytics capabilities to create a connected enterprise and ecosystem.
- You will develop and implement an Integrated Supply Chain wide data and analytics strategy aligned with the supply chain transformation goals and enterprise goals.
- Accelerate transformation by delivering advanced analytics and AI at scale.
- Design and implement governance structures and training programs to support AI literacy and sustainable process improvements.
- Guide standardization and governance across master data management and reporting.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure cross-functional agreement to refine processes, improve decision-making, and accelerate execution of transformation projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with executive leadership to communicate the strategic value and growth of data architecture and transformation plans.
- Lead deployment of learning and development across supply cha.in (plan, source, make and deliver).
- Manage Integrated Supply Chain early career program including internship and leadership development program.
Functional Expertise
- End-to-end supply chain experience working across core supply chain functions (plan, source, make or deliver) with expertise.
- Expertise in data modeling and analytics including experience in AI tools and techniques.
- Command of modern data platforms (i.e. Azure, Databricks) and tools
- Experience building business cases for technology investments and lead enterprise-wide transformation projects.
- Working knowledge of master data management, data quality and governance
Leadership & Strategy
- Experience leading and inspiring diverse teams across multiple geographies
- Experience setting strategy plans for global teams.
- Experience designing and implementing large-scale, enterprise-wide solutions.
- You will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.
- Translate complex technical concepts into relevant business strategies.
- Global perspective and work across cultures, regions, and time zones.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or relavent equivalent experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.)
- Typically requires 12+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in data and analytics
- Experience with SAP platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP PLM, and S/4HANA.
- Experience building a collaborative and inclusive culture resulting in improved employee engagement.
- Successful in leading a global, matrixed organization structure across cross-functional lines.
- Demonstrated expertise leading within a complex global supply chain organization and ability to provide both technical and managerial leadership to our company.
- Articulate and persistent to overcome normal organizational resistance while providing hands-on leadership to our organization.
- Networks across the organization and develops successful internal and external relationships.
- You will guide problems towards resolution while monitoring the progress of others and redirect efforts.
