Job Description

A Resource Management Specialist works in a hybrid environment, combining analytical work with collaboration. Reporting directly to the Regional Lifecycle Services Operations Manager, you will maintain the accuracy and reliability of PSA schedules. You will review bookings up to 90 days ahead and resolves conflicts or missing assignments within the same-day SLA.

You will monitor the resource-request queue daily—triaging incoming requests, clearing upcoming items, coordinating approvals, and ensuring adherence to response expectation. You will maintain high-quality schedule data, update important metadata, support visibility dashboards, and strengthen best-practice scheduling standards across the organization.

Throughout the day, you will provide first-line support to assigners and field service partners, lead scheduling huddles, and contribute to benefits-realization tracking through Goal and BRM log updates. You will perform the final end-of-day review and address all staffing requests and ensure that we have an accurate, up-to-date resource plan.

Your Responsibilities:

· Manage PSA schedule governance by conducting daily health checks, resolving conflicts, enforcing data guardrails, and ensuring a reliable 90-day forward view.

· Oversee resource request operations by triaging all incoming requests within a 5-business-hour SLA, eliminating past-due items, and supporting field personnel and assigners.

· Ensure data quality and operational visibility through accurate metadata management, Power BI dashboard curation, KPI validation, and time-tracking oversight.

· Drive operational enablement by leading scheduling huddles, maintaining SOPs and training materials, recommending system enhancements, and championing continuous process improvement.

· Monitor and report performance outcomes by owning bi-weekly KPI reporting, maintaining the BRM log, and contributing to measurable improvements in schedule accuracy, request backlog, and field trust scores.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

· High School Diploma

· Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

· A Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years relevant work experience

· Working knowledge of the following tools: Professional Services Application (PSA), MS Office, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI, PowerApp, and Robotic Process Automation

· Hands-on experience in Professional Services Automation System

· Experience data hygiene (clean metadata for work type, effort, location).

· Experience creating technology requirement documents

· Habit of tracking goals and maintaining a simple Benefits Realization / BRM log to show impact over time.

· Background working with same-day or intraday service level agreements for conflict resolution

· Familiarity with SOPs and leading recurring huddles/standups to guide adherence and unblock scheduling issues.

· Experience leading focused and productive discussions, ensuring that you hear all voices, make decisions, and manage conflicts.

· Enforcement of SOPs and timelines.

· Process discipline with willingness to iterate SOPs based on data.

· Change enablement: strengthen best practices without creating friction.
