Job Description

Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Determine and may develop test specifications, methods and procedures from blueprints, drawings and diagrams. Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems. May complete rework on assemblies and systems as a result of testing. Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May support the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. We need a diverse workforce to do our best work. We have an immediate hiring need for our full-time manufacturing Test Technician Level 4. This is a 1st Shift role (M-F, 7:00AM – 3:30PM), in the LCS-Test department with a starting rate of $32.58 per hour.

Your Responsibilities:

• Use documented work instructions with schematics and manufacturing execution systems for assemblies and wiring on complex assignments at a variety of workstations
• Ability to work independently and has advanced process knowledge as a experienced specialist, requiring considerable judgment and initiative to guide systemic improvements
• Frequently work with peers and customers to exchange or present complex or technical information
• Overtime is an essential function of this position which typically requires 8 hours of overtime/week. Actual overtime hours may vary

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• A minimum of High School Diploma/GED OR 4 years of verified related experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
