We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Multi Xerox Operator in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position is represented by (L2150).
Job Summary
A Multi Xerox Operator operates and maintains digital printing equipment to produce a variety of print jobs, using computer programs and software. They perform tasks like setting up equipment, monitoring print runs, and finishing jobs. Troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and adhering to safety protocols are also part of the job.
Job Responsibilities
- Operating and Maintaining Digital Print Equipment: Includes high-speed digital copiers and related finishing equipment.
- Setting Up and Monitoring Print Runs: Manage production queue, loading paper, adjusting settings, and monitoring the print process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Finishing and Bindery Tasks: Includes operating high-speed inserters, running paper cutting machine, collating, binding, stitching, drilling, padding, folding, and other finishing processes to complete print jobs on time and within budget.
- Adhering to Safety and Quality Standards: Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure print quality meets specifications.
- Collaborating with Production Staff: This includes working with team members to understand project requirements and ensuring seamless transitions from start to finish.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
- May require frequent lifting of objects 10-25 pounds and/or occasional lifting of objects over 50 pounds.
- Safety shoes are required for this position
Minimum Qualifications
- This position may require unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation.

Minimum Posting Range: $20.19
Maximum Posting Range: $33.67
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
