Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to support infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Participate in real-world projects that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Solve real business problems as part of an agile delivery team
Opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience with both on-premise infrastructure and Azure cloud technologies
- Gain exposure to Azure cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Functions, Networking, and API Management Services
- Pair with a mentor to learn and grow your engineering skillset
- Work in an exciting, fast-paced office environment embedded on an IT team with access to the best amenities West Bend has to offer
- Give back to the community by participating in a community service project
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Enrollment in a Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related program
- Willingness and eagerness to learn
- Passionate about solving problems encountered in IT infrastructure
- Some exposure to scripting, servers, or networking may be beneficial, but not required
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team
