West Bend Insurance is currently seeking students for our 2026 Summer IT Internship Program!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to support infrastructure automation, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Participate in real-world projects that enhance operational efficiency and scalability
• Solve real business problems as part of an agile delivery team

Opportunities

• Gain hands-on experience with both on-premise infrastructure and Azure cloud technologies
• Gain exposure to Azure cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Functions, Networking, and API Management Services
• Pair with a mentor to learn and grow your engineering skillset
• Work in an exciting, fast-paced office environment embedded on an IT team with access to the best amenities West Bend has to offer

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Enrollment in a Computer Science, Engineering, or IT-related program
• Willingness and eagerness to learn
• Passionate about solving problems encountered in IT infrastructure
• Some exposure to scripting, servers, or networking may be beneficial, but not required
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team
