Job Summary

This is an administrative role which supports the execution of internal and external communications initiatives. Manage assigned tasks, projects, content creation, and platform administration to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across the organization. Create and maintain distribution lists. Process and evaluate data and produce reporting to support the communications function.

Work Location

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position is based in West Bend, WI.

The internal deadline to apply is 3/28/26. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communications tasks and deadlines.
  • Generate and distribute monthly communications reports.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing internal employee communications.
  • Support external PR efforts by coordinating media opportunities and logistics.
  • Coordinate print projects with print shop.
  • Provide coordination of internal event-related marketing support.
  • Assist in maintaining the communications calendar.
  • Upload and manage content on the communications platform.
  • Manage promotional item requests and the employee store.
  • Follow brand guidelines in all communications.
  • Provide administrative support to the communications team.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • 2-4 years of marketing or communications experience
  • Writing and organizational skills
  • Data entry skills
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field

Salary Statement

The salary range for this position is $61,549-$76,936.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
