Work Location
This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office) for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend or Madison.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Supports business operations by analyzing requirements. Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine organizational objectives. Creates specifications from which solutions will be designed. Helps design new solutions by analyzing clients' requirements. Make recommendations and improves system by studying the products. Prepares reports by analyzing and summarizing the information and trends. Provides expertise in business processes and is responsible for formulating scope and objectives relative to the requirements. Responsible for providing guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Defines and modifies procedures to solve complex problems related to capacity, limitations, efficiencies, and desired results. Provides management and analysis of business data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives. Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. May have quality assurance responsibilities as well. Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues and problems. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter. Provides coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

Salary Statement
The salary range for this position is $109,432 - $136,790.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
